1. What’s changing?

Access to some of the PAF Reading Program’s Teacher Resources now requires a subscription. We are excited to offer you enhanced materials, brand new center work activities, and access to our TSWR Assessment Management System. With this system, teachers can administer and score the Test of Single Word Reading (TSWR), track student progress, and produce reports in far less time. It is an essential tool to track your students’ mastery of skills and differentiate instruction. 

2. What subscription options are available?

We offer two subscription types:

• Tier I- Includes access to all Teacher Resources

Individual Subscription

School/District for up to 25 Teachers
*Additional Cost for 25+ Teachers

• Tier II- Includes all Teacher Resources & TSWR Assessment Management System 

Individual Subscription

School/District for up to 25 Teachers
*Additional Cost for 25+ Teachers

3. What is the TSWR Assessment Management System?

The Test of Single Word Reading (TSWR) is an essential tool for teachers using the PAF Reading Program as it enables them to adjust instruction to meet student needs and ensures they are mastering the skills taught. While the test can be administered on paper, the TSWR Assessment Management System provides a more efficient solution for teachers, particularly those working with many students. With this system, teachers can administer and score the test, track student progress, and produce reports in far less time.

Access to the tool is part of your Tier 2 subscription. Please note, some schools/districts may require specific permission to use this system and teachers should consult their administration before purchasing.

4. How long does a subscription last?

All subscriptions are valid for one year from the date of activation.

5. What’s included in a School/District Subscription?

• Access for 25 teacher users
• The ability to add additional users as needed (additional fees apply)
• Personalized onboarding – Our customer service team will contact you to help set up and manage teacher accounts under your subscription

6. Can I add more than 25 users to a School/District Subscription?

Yes. Additional users can be added for an extra cost. Please contact us for pricing and assistance.

7. How do I subscribe?

Subscriptions can be purchased directly through our website. If you’re purchasing a school or district subscription, our team will follow up after your order to help you set up your account and teacher users.

8. What happens if I don’t subscribe?

Without a subscription, you will no longer be able to access Materials by Book and  Proficiency Tests. Additionally, only Tier II subscribers will have the option of using the TSWR Assessment Management System. 

9. What will I still have access to without a subscription?

You will still have access to PAF’s Instructional Sequence, information about Phonemic Awareness, Read Alouds, PAF Videos, the PAF Alphabet Test, and the paper version of the Test of Single Word Reading.
